A quick training session this lunch time 4.4k half of it jogging and the other alternating sprint and walk. I can't sprint more than 15 secondes but I did it often!
un petit entrainement rapide a midi. 4,4km, la motie en joggant l'autre en alternant sprint et marche. J'arrive pas a sprinter plus de 15 secondes mais je l'ai fait souvent!
